I have been here and in Eureka multiple times, late and during the day, and it has been great every single time. My go-to has been the bison burger and the Bone Marrow burger since both have such solid flavor. The bone marrow has an edge to it over the bison burger because of the bone marrow and how much flavor the bone marrow has. With a side of the potato fries that have the cinnamon paprika seasoning, it is phenomenal. I love the truffle fries as well, and the fries usually always have a great crunch to them, too. The Brussels sprouts and the Wings are always a go-to starter with any friend group we have, and they are always a big hit and gone in seconds. The wings and buffalo sauce are great and they don't mess up the classic either. The brussels sprouts are truly the best and honestly inspired our household to try and replicate them because of the glaze and bacon bits. its truly a game changer. Would highly recommend checking this place out! It is reasonably priced and the service is always on it as they are generally busy during any time of the day.

This is an all time favorite for me when I'm in Irvine! Good food! Good beer! Fast and friendly service! Right on campus so it has a younger vibe and keeps me young! When alone I sit at the bar otherwise, a good place to gather with friends! Good beer options on tap! Good wine! Full bar!

More like 3.8 but still good. The prices aren't that crazy expensive, it's reasonable. I really liked the Fresno fig burger, the goat cheese and sweet fig jam complemented the burger and was balanced really well. The meat was also cooked perfectly to my liking. The truffle fries with their cheese sauce stole the show for me tho, it was sooo good, I ordered another cheese sauce bc I like drank that like juice. So good!!! The whiskey flight was a good deal for $22 and got me super tipsy. My sister had the vegan tacos and the ube martinis and she recommended both as well. Service was good, very attentive and checked on us a lot. The place is also a super cute spot, there's an outdoor seating with a fireplace and seemed very cozy. The indoor was nice and clean, located in a little cute plaza that u can walk around to target and Trader Joe's after! I'd come again! Just the parking is hella hard bc of all the stuff around it.

We ate dinner indoors after going to the Irvine Barclay Theater. Great food, drinks, and service! Tasty and nicely presented mocktail and interesting Passion Fruit Lemonade - really tasted like passion fruit juice. We each had a medium-rare burger: Fresno Fig, Bison, and 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow. Bison burger had a good combination of sweet charred red bell pepper and bacon-infused jalapeño jam (not too spicy despite the name). Bone marrow shiitake butter added an interesting taste twist to the meat. For sides, we had their Signature fries - tasty in a classical style and the arugula salad. The salad could use some livening up, as it just was arugula leaves with two (!) halves of cherry tomatoes and vinegar dressing, all rather sour and boring.

Paul is a great bartender. Super personable, friendly and makes good drinks. Makes my wife and I good mixed drinks every time we come by to hang out. Andrea makes good drinks and is very personable. The music is good and not too loud, good songs.

The food: I would say the burger I had was quite average, granted with the 28-day dry age title I was expecting something a bit more impressive. Maybe it was the bread to meat ratio that threw it off for me. Regardless, if you enjoy burgers, it's not a bad choice. Service: Excellent, extremely nice and welcoming staff. Ambiance: Top notch, great place to go and enjoy a few drinks either outside by the fire or inside by the bar.

The burgers here are amazing! I had the double smash burger and ordered the chipotle sauce on the side because I don't like a lot of sauce on burgers. The burger didn't need anything...it was simple and delicious. The fries are simple but done well, nice and crispy. We had the shishito peppers as an appetizer. Wouldn't order this again. Not a lot of flavor. The burgers made up for them though!

Service was okay that day--I've been here many times and it could vary. Our waitress was not overly friendly, but at least courteous. It wasn't busy but it took some time to get attention. Our food was also an "okay"--I ordered the aged bone marrow burger, which was better than I expected. However, I requested medium-rare but the patty was definitely overcooked (it is more medium to well-done). Had there not been the fat from the bone marrow, it would not be desirable. (Last time I ordered bison and it was completely cooked..., so I guess this time was an improvement??) The rotating beer, 'She Shot First,' was surprising good. It was hoppy, but not bitter. The fruitiness resembles grapefruit. If you are a citrous fan, I would recommend you give this one a shot.
